Robin has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Social Work. She specializes in individual, couples and family counseling as a Life Coach and maintains a private practice in Coram/Selden and Shoreham, New York.
With over 14 years experience as a Counselor/Life Coach, and as a graduate of Stony Brook University, she is currently working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are included but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, anger management, addiction, time-management, co-dependency, and communication/coping skills.
Robin works with various populations, Heterosexual, Gay/Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender. In a safe, nonjudgmental and comfortable environment. Confidentiality is a key part of time spent with her clients, which, ensures trust when it is needed most.
Robin's approach is cognitive behavioral, empowerment and building individual strengths. She provides support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
